About Me:
I have always been interested in the magic and mystery of life. Even as a child I felt that I am a “Spiritual Being having a Human experience.” I learned about Buddhism and Yoga at a young age (12 yrs.), which eventually lead me to India where I lived in an ashram. I studied and lived with the monks there learning meditation and studying Kashmir Shaivism. After a few years with my teacher I no longer felt the dichotmy of Worldly and Spiritual life. I realized that I could live in the World with Spiritual values. My Path is wherever my feet are. Evolving a better version of myself, holding to more of the Presence to know the Power of NOW.
I live in the beautiful Mid-Hudson Valley of New York (surrounded by mountains and the Hudson River. Woodstock is close by (point of reference). I use to own a natural foods cafe here, which I sold. I have been working in sales and marketing for the past 12 years or so. Currently working on making a transition to Life Coaching and NLP practitioner. I want to do work more congruent with my values. I love to learn and share information that is empowering for myself and others.
Looking forward to connecting with others in the Zaadz Community.
To be so strong that nothing can disturb your peace of mind.
To talk health, happiness, and prosperity to every person you meet.
To make all your friends feel that there is something in them.
To look on the sunny side of everything and make your optimism come true.
To think only of the best, to work only for the best, and to expect only the best.
To be just as enthusiastic about the success of others as you are about your own.
To forget the mistakes of the past and press on to the greater achievements of the future.
To wear a cheerful countenance at all times and to have a smile ready for every living creature you meet.
To give so much time to the improvement of yourself that you have no time to criticise others.
To be be too large for worry, too noble for anger, too strong for fear, and too happy to permit the presence of trouble.
To think well of yourself and to proclaim this fact to the world,
not in loud words, but in great deeds.
To live in the faith that the World is on your side so long as you are true to the best that is in you.
